POLITICO: SCOTUS denies pharma challenge to Medicare negotiations

Michael Lieberman, an attorney at Fairmark Partners who worked on the amicus brief for the advocacy group Patients For Affordable Drugs, said it is the end of the line for the six cases.

“There are four other cases still pending in lower courts, some of them raising the same issues,” Lieberman said at a press conference. “I would think that the ones raising the same issues have now an even more uphill battle.”
